Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Currently based in LA but proudly hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, singer-songwriter Cydnee with a C is a colorfully-imaginative budding artist who is steadily blazing her own path to dance-pop stardom.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coldplay, A Rush of Blood to the Head Kaizen, Black Pink Sade, Lovers Rock These influences are most potent on Cydnee’s 2023 EP Confessions of a Fangirl— a breathtakingly-passionate ode to her love of K-pop and appreciation for Korean culture. Tell us why you chose this song. “Cry Alone” Cydnee has garnered a large following in part due to her YouTube community of fellow K-pop fans—an important source of meaningful connection for Cydnee and a fountain of inspiration that flows throughout Cydnee’s bubblegum-electric dance-pop catalog.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? From an X Factor appearance in 2013 to working with artists at Hitway Recordings (Trippie Redd, OG Maco) in 2016, Cydnee has added a multitude of skills to her resumé, from mixing her own records to learning to play guitar.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Cydnee with a C is forging a lane for herself with the relentless passion of a fervent fangirl.
