Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a collective duo, we connect closely to Jill Scott, D'Angelo, Twenty88 and The Carters. Melting soul, rhythm and blues, hip hop, jazz and new progressive elements to music is what makes us, COUPE.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alex Isley, Jack Dine, Marigold Ambré, Pulp (Director’s Cut) OutKast, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below We love well written stories that have great melodies and production. While working on 'Coupe' the album we listed to a lot of Alex Isley and Jack Dine just for the vibes.

Ddavinci produced the record and he took a minimal approach that allowed us the canvas to be vocally free. Brionne spitting fire made it even more magical.
