In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In 9th grade, I remember COMPLETELY losing myself and all track of time while performing an orchestral piece called Fantasia by Vaughn Williams. I was totally consumed, and I was hooked for life on the transcendental power of music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beck, Mellow Gold Peter Gabriel, Passion: Music for the Last Temptation of Christ Remastered Pink Floyd, The Wall The Wall hooked me on the concept album: transforming the listener by using songs like chapters of a book. Passion shows how instrumental music can be spiritually transformative. Mellow Gold approaches an album like a mix tape: no genre constraints.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Although we've performed in Europe, we've never done a full overseas tour. Being on our own label has made it hard to make the necessary connections.
