Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Calling goats down from the northern Norwegian mountains as a child using Scandinavian herding calls. Then I'd sing along to Kate Bush, Whitney Houston, Sinead O'Connor, Alanis Morrissette and Maria Callas while milking the goats.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Calling the Aurora (Northern Lights Kulning)” I wrote this while standing in a mountain river in the middle of winter trying to call the northern lights (Aurora Borealis) back in 2016. A friend, Ole Salomonsen, filmed me and then I went home and wrote the orchestral music around the call
