Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At 2 years old, I was running around my grandparents’ hearth in the North Carolina mountains screaming “Wild Thing” — tripped, split my head open, and got stitches. First song I ever knew, first scar I ever earned.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alabama Shakes, Sound & Color Bruce Springsteen, Nebraska The Oh Hellos, Dear Wormwood Springsteen’s Nebraska taught me the power of raw, powerful storytelling, Dear Wormwood showed me how folk can feel epic and literary, and Sound & Color cracked me open—bold, weird, and fearless. These records shaped how I write and feel music.
