In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up between San Diego, San Francisco, and Austin, Luke Nassar first began writing music and lyrics early in high school. While studying vocal music at Southern Methodist University, he created Blue Apollo.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coldplay, Parachutes John Mayer, Room for Squares Little Big Town, The Road to Here Classic organic instrumentation, coupled with a modern take on pop to country, gives Central Coast a mature and fresh sound that was inspired by a wide range of albums that did the same.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Meet Me in Los Angeles (Live)” Long distance is hard, and when Luke fell in love with his now wife, they had to find a way to push through those challenges to take the next step in their journey together.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Blue Apollo's final EP, "When You Ask for Rain," was produced by Chris Grainger in Nashville, and released in September 2018. To celebrate, they headlined a show in the Cambridge Room at House of Blues Dallas.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We're just getting started! We hope to headline stages across the world one day.
