Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I first remember hearing Eazy E and feeling that nostalgia of sounds and wordplay; it made sense relating to my life as a black man and thinking this is the genius I want to elevate myself to.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, If You're Reading This It's Too Late Kendrick Lamar, DAMN. SZA, SOS These albums have provided my sense of self within creative lyricism and poetry. The wordplay and storytelling in these projects set the foundation for my creative outlook and presentation within my own music as it relates to experiences in life.

Tell us why you chose this song. “D4L Intro” “D4L Intro” is a song I love & love to listen to because it reminds me of how strong I am even when I believe I’m not; it represents a culmination of my lyrical prowess & my storytelling abilities. It reminds me that against disdain, I’m my own hero.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I remember the creative process of the Country Boy Batman album & its significance because I changed my name from Chisa to Cedric B. & it was the start of me really putting my own style and influences in my music; it’s where my authenticity began.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to become a national artist becoming the biggest independent artist of all time. I wanna be recognized for my genius and strive for future generations to say he was really spitting & reflecting & sharing love and wisdom through his music/art.
