Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember hearing the "Rip the Jacker" album by Canibus and it blew my mind. I had no idea that words could be used like that.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, Yeezus Michael Jackson, Thriller Radiohead, Hail to the Thief These three albums had a huge impact on my life and musical taste. There are aspects to them that I carry with me beyond just musical influence - they impacted my life.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Return of the King” I chose this song because of the references, production, energy, and message really reflect who I am as an artist and person. The playfulness, wordplay, and flow are colorful and show my ADHD in an appropriate setting.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Working with Denzel Curry. Dude's a genius. We were going to the studio after hitting the gym every day for about a month and a half. Watching him work, getting his feedback etc and the vibe was immaculate. We were making custom coffee drinks.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to work with Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z, and Radiohead.
