Spain's CantaJuego was the brainchild of production company DiverMusic, aimed at children under six years of age. Emerging in 2004, the project sought to combine entertainment and educational content in an audiovisual format with songs, characters, games, and dances that stimulated the imagination and motor coordination of children. The widespread success of the proposal spawned numerous CD/DVD releases and several theater shows.
