California-based singer, actor, and social media star Cameron Dallas emerged in 2012 as a breakout personality on Vine before he began making his own R&B- and hip-hop-infused pop music a few years later. He issued his debut single, "She Bad," in 2015 with his first full-length effort, Dear Scarlett, arriving in 2020.
Born in New York City in 1994, Dallas grew up in Chino, California, where he first gained popularity online with the videos he posted on Vine and other social media platforms. After taking home the award for Favorite Viner at the Teen Choice Awards in 2014, he parlayed his renown into a performance career, making his acting debut in the film Expelled. By 2015, he had moved into music, issuing the single "She Bad" and guesting on fellow Internet sensation Daniel Skye's single "All I Want."
