Singer, songwriter, and producer Brandon emerged in 2018 with a hazy sound steeped in neo-soul and alternative R&B. His minimalist production style, confessional lyrics, and easy, soulful croon soon elicited comparisons to contemporaries like Giveon, Lucky Daye, and Frank Ocean. He released his first EP, Coming Clean, in 2021, followed by a string of singles, including 2023's intimate "Time." This helped him land a deal with the Secretly Canadian label which released Brandon's debut album, Before You Go, in 2025.
