About BOWKYLION
Artist Biography
BOWKLYION is the musical alias of Thai pop and R&B singer Pichsinee Veerasuthimas. Since appearing on The Voice Thailand, she’s emerged as a breakout star in her home country.
• The daughter of an aspiring singer, BOWKYLION studied Voice at Thailand's Mahidol University's College of Music.
• Her stage name combines her nickname, Bowky, with a nod to her mane-like curly hair.
• In 2011, she fronted the jazz-R&B quintet SKIPIT, which found success through singles like “Crosswalk.”
• As SKIPIT split up in 2015, BOWKYLION embarked on a solo career. After competing on The Voice Thailand, she signed to the Thai music label What The Duck and made her solo debut with the 2017 electro-pop track “เอาเลย (Whatever).”
• Her 2019 ballad “ลงใจ (Lonjai)” achieved more than 118 million streams across platforms.
• In 2020 she released her debut album, Lionheart.
