Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first show was a surf film / punk show at our local theater in Encinitas, CA. Pennywise played last and it was absolute mayhem. It was everything a 13-year old surf-rat-kid could ever hope for.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cursive, The Ugly Organ The Beach Boys, Pet Sounds The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) I get overwhelmed by terms like "All-time favorite" when it comes to music, because music means a lot to me. But I chose these albums because each of them shaped me as an artist in profound seasons of my life.

Tell us why you chose this song. “When You Walked Away” My first single from Bongo Chico, this song wrestles with beginnings and endings as two sides of the same coin, something that will be explored throughout the album, while also setting up the sonic landscape for the album.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Honestly, making this album was quite special for me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I still have so much to learn, and that excites me. I learned quite a bit about myself while making this album, and I'm excited to keep exploring.
