Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I don't remember this but my mum told me as a baby once I sneakily downed a small cup of rice wine off the dinner table (it looked like milk) and was singing until 3am in the morning.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, 22, A Million Frank Ocean, Blonde Kllo, Maybe We Could These albums have soundtracked significant moments in my life: heartbreak, solo travelling, self discovery & all the liminal spaces in between. The sonic worlds are honest, detailed and ephemeral - immersing in them feels like a gift.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So many. I would love to tour around Asia and scope out the underground club scene there, headline a Glastonbury stage and curate a Warehouse Project or Drumsheds night.
