About Aqours
Artist Biography
Aqours is the brainchild of three creative powerhouses: Dengeki G’s Magazine, the Lantis record label, and Sunrise animation studio.
∙ In 2016, Aqours made their screen debut in the third episode of anime series Long Live! Sunshine!!.
∙ Aqours are the stars of a multimedia Long Live! Sunshine!! franchise that includes a feature-length film (Over the Rainbow), two manga tankōbons, and video game cameos (Puchiguru Love Live!, Granblue Fantasy).
∙ Aqours’ members have performed J-pop songs in three different side-projects (aka subunits): CYaRon!, AZALEA, and Guilty Kiss.
∙ Aqours have released four Gold singles in Japan, including the Saint Snow collaboration “Awaken the Power.”
