Artist Biography
A consummate performer since childhood, Jakarta-born Angelica Martha Pieters had already won accolades at the World Choir Games and Asian Choir Games before coming into prominence at the tender age of 10 via the popular TV show Idola Cilik in 2008. Later known as Angel Pieters, her sweet, undulating voice has been captured in numerous recordings, both in the style of Christian and contemporary pop, beginning with 2009’s “Tuhan Punya Cara” (“God Has a Way”). In addition to music and television, Pieters has also successfully expanded her showbiz CV to include theatre and cinema.
