In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a kid I used to beat on everything. Drums were my first love. I remember taking the thin wooden sticks off of the church coat hangers and sneaking up on the drums to play. These were my first experiences of freedom through music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo El DeBarge, Heart, Mind & Soul Nas, King's Disease II These albums showcase different defining stages of my life. All of them are very musical, melodic and classic.
