In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first event that I performed in was the Sanlam Roadshow in Soweto, 2016, on a big stage with flashing lights, cameras and a 2K plus audience.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Amy Winehouse, Back to Black Enya, Watermark Rihanna, ANTI (Deluxe) The albums are full of richly textured sounds, widely inspired by traditions and are the epitome of the free world, they all topped charts and were all great successes. They are weird albums and fit into no specific genre, they inspire me to explore.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Make Time” reminds me that there is no deeper root of love than self-love, then I can share and show love to others. It also reminds me that I matter and I do not need some world standard to define and approve who I ought to be. Nobody needs that.
