Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Waking up early in the morning as a little girl to say goodbye to my Dad when he left for work, then hopping up on the piano bench and playing until it was time for breakfast.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? AJR, The Click Gotye, Like Drawing Blood Gotye, Making Mirrors The Click - the most epic roadtrip album ever. They are masters of the pop anthem and create the coolest production effects and ear candy! Gotye will just always be close to my heart, such an instrumental inspiration to me in my musical journey.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Color Color” It's just such a fun song! This was created via remote collaboration with a friend from Michigan, and I'm so tickled with how it turned out. We hired a real trumpet player to take things to the next level, and the vocal processing on this is dope!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing my music on TV for the first time! My song "Anymore" was used in Season 4 of Temptation Island (USA/FOX). It was a dream come true, and so encouraging to me to keep moving forward in this industry.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? It would be amazing to have one of my songs used in a national commercial! Something super fun like a Target ad or anything tech. Life goals!
