Mumbai singer and songwriter Akshath Acharya has a soothing, natural way with Hindi pop melodies that’s made him enormously popular among India’s younger generation. Starting with English-language singles in 2020, Akshath used social media to steadily build a fan base who thronged to stream songs such as 2022’s “Kya Ho Gaya” and “Jadoo” in 2023.
