In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My father had a huge hifi system with a tape deck on the front. I used to sit and listen to all of his tapes back to back, for hours on end. Fatboy slim, paul van dyk and The Prodigy were my first initial artists at the ripe age of 5!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Zedd, Clarity deadmau5, Random Album Title These albums really pushed me to pursue dance and edm music. The progressive house sound really influenced my sound with Ailuros.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Electrophony” This was my first ever official original release. I completely wrote the track from scratch and it was my first push into the world or music distributing. It was heavily influenced by Chicane and deadmau5 id say. I loved making that track.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? It has to be seeing the success of Horizon. I never thought the track would gain as much traction as it had. I was surprised to see it has been Shazam'd 70,000+ times, but i have no idea where! Somewhere it is being played a lot!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to create a full album of original tracks. I have always wanted to compile my work into one big fat release to show what I can really do. I have released singles and remixes and even an EP, but an album is on the bucket list.
