Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Afro Effex is a South African DJ and producer who embodies the vibrant spirit of African music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Black Coffee, Home Brewed Da Capo, Indigo Child Homeboyz, Ifarada I love music with rhythm and soul. Life is about rhythm. We vibrate, our hearts are pumping blood, we are a rhythm machine, that's what we are.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Seeing my song "Surge" being played by Diamond Dealer is a big one for me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Rhythm is sound in motion. It is related to the pulse, the heartbeat, the way we breathe. It rises and falls. It takes us into ourselves; it takes us out of ourselves.
