Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is listening to the Mary Poppins soundtrack with my family as a young child. We had gathered in the living room, and had started our own dance party, taking our cues from the dancing penguins on screen.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cannonball Adderley Quintet, Them Dirty Blues John Williams, William Ross, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Michael Giacchino, Up (Soundtrack from the Motion Picture) Each of these albums played a pivotal role in my musical journey. The amount of hours I've spent listening to these (and sometimes even playing along) is immense.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Song for the Sea” I've spent a great deal of time with this piece. From recording flutes myself, to recording this piece with the Hollywood Studio Orchestra, this piece has played a big part of my musical journey.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording and conducting with the Hollywood Studio Orchestra at the Clint Eastwood Scoring Stage at Warner Brothers is definitely one of the most memorable moments of my career.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to continue to collaborate with other amazing artists from around the world and explore what makes others excited about creating music!
