Abdul Hannan has a voice to make hearts melt—and he knows it. The singer-songwriter (and software engineer) has released a string of atmospheric singles, each with a single-word title, since making his recording debut in 2020. His brooding, soft-spoken croon is always the focus, whether on simple acoustic ballads or gently uplifting electro-pop. Tunes such as 2021’s “Haaray” and its smooth, entrancing chorus put the Lahore-raised artist on Pakistan’s map. But it was his collabs with producer Rovalio that proved to be his breakthrough.
