Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In the mid-1980s, I was craving fresh music. That same week, I caught The Pogues live in Berlin and saw Los Lobos as well. Around the same time, I discovered Manu Negra on TV. "Imagine combining all of this," I thought... Christopher Blenkinsop.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life The Allman Brothers Band, At Fillmore East (Live) Live The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) No matter how much our musical tastes have evolved over the years, the songs of the Beatles, the energy of the Allman Brothers, and the irresistible groove of Stevie Wonder never fail to brighten even the gloomiest of days! – Christopher Blenkinsop

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We once performed in Tlemcen, Algeria, to an incredible audience. After the show, we were surprised to find the crowd still waiting, eager to talk with us. One person said, "Please ... when you go home, don't forget us!" — Christopher Blenkinsop
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We will continue meeting people, exploring places, and collaborating with musicians worldwide for as long as we can. At the top of our list of places we have yet to visit is Sub-Saharan Africa. To our ears, the place to shape the future of music.
