Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up around music sessions and loved the Sunday evening sessions at Larkin's in Garrykennedy (County Tipperary, Ireland) There was a great family atmosphere and many wonderful musicians dropped by. It was a lovely way to be introduced to music
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Seamus Egan, When Juniper Sleeps Seamus Egan's "When Juniper Sleeps" presaged everything that was to come in Irish music, and on the acoustic music scene; the emphasis on banjo. It's a brilliant album and worthy of study. The slow airs are masterful. Genius!
